Conditioned on bits of information is a useful observation because the Evil Party (Democrats) have succeeded in colonising the minds of even based men who now regularly use words meant to deceive; words like sex reassignment surgery, transexualism, etc.

There are only two sexes - male and female - and doctors can not "reassign" or change the sex of any person. They can, and they do, mutilate the reproductive organs of men and women but even after that mutilation they remain a man or a woman who have head their reproductive organs mutilated.
