American Exceptionalism means that America inevitably produces Exceptional Americans who run for POTUS and once they are elected (sometimes even before) they are excepted from experiencing the consequences of the laws they break because leader of the free world and then these Exceptional Americans visit great evil upon those who live in other unexceptional countries and who do not worship either our exceptionalism or our positive laws in favor of abortion, sodomy, pornography, usury, drugs, or even pant suits, and so they must be punished until they convert to the religion of liberal democracy or we get bored.
