In my neighborhood, every Saturday, a family of Orthodox Jews walk in the road taking up one half of the road.
A road is intended for cars and a sidewalk intended for pedestrians.
Even though I have politely asked them in the past to walk on the sidewalk, they continue to walk in the road and expect car divers to either wait for them or to pass them on the side of the road intended for traffic headed in the opposite direction.
I came upon them a few minutes ago and slowly advanced until they could no longer ignore my car;
They stopped and ask, Why don't you just go around?
Why do you refuse to use the sidewalk?
They move to the side of the road to let me pass, but never onto the sidewalk, as they try and impose their Talmudic principles, don't drive a car on Saturday, on Christians.
Next Saturday, I'll use my phone to record them walking in the road and not on the sidewalk and I will send it to the local sheriff's office.
Will anything be done?
One doesn't know unless one tries.
