I love Augusta National Golf Course (I have walked every hole of that gorgeous golf course) and golf is my favorite sport and I think it is the best sport ever created.
But I can not watch The Masters this weekend because Tiger Woods is in the tournament and as anyone who knows anything about golf knows, he has no chance of wining this year but that hasn't stopped the constant focus on that cretin even though the number one golfer in the world Scottie Scheffler, is walking away with the tournament.
Yesterday, while Scheffler was shooting a six under round, the coverage of Woods was sickening, he was over par and the announcers seemed to be in competition with each other to see who could say the most outlandish praise prose about that miserable phony man.
IF you wanted to watch the number one golfer in the world build his huge lead you had to watch his highlights after the round because the live coverage was all Tiger all the time.
Even in the coverage of a live event, the announcers would say Remember in 2006 and what he did on #7? and then a replay of a shot he hit 16 years ago would appear on the screen.
Basta.
