The absurdity of the SCOTUS and its recent mandate ruling

What is seldom spoken about is the democratic heresy that it is The SCOTUS alone that determines what is and isn’t legal accord to the Constitution.

Now, despite its history of claiming for itself this exclusive power – and the other two dumb ass branches of govt going along with this swindle – the fact of that unconstitutional usurpation entirely destroyed the truth that there are three separate but EQUAL branches of govt.

There clearly are not and we are the victims of this swindle and usurpation of power by The SCOTUS because only the Judicial Branch has the power to declare acts of the other two branches UnConstitutional which means, obviously, it is far more powerful than the other two branches, neither of  which do not have the power to declare an act by any other branch Unconstitutional.

I didn’t have a say in any of those SCOTUS bastids being elected and there is not one of them I would have voted for – especially Robbing Roberts, Kegger Kavanaugh and Publish-my-book-and-I-will-support-the-state Mommy Barrett, to say nothing of the other revolutionaries in robes.

Ask yourself what would have been the response had the Reagan White House or the Reagan Legislature declared an act of The SCOTUS unconstitutional?

Well, if there really are three separate but equal branches of govt that could have – should have – happened but because progressives have so propagandised the people that an actual insurrection might have happened had the Reagan area W.H. or Legislature acted as they ought to have acted.

One reasonable consequence of the Reagan WH or Reagan Legislature declaring an act of THE SCOTUS Unconstitutional is that WE would decide what is or isn’t unconstitutional – remember the Constitution was written for WE THE PEOPLE not tyrants in dresses.

Had the Reagan Executive Branch or the Reagan Legislative Branch declared an act of the Judicial Branch, The SCOTUS, unconstitutional, the following election cycles would be an extended debate about which branch of govt was right or wrong about the constitution and not about how much Kegger Kavanaugh loves beer, or about how many minorities did Mommy Barrett adopt or whether or not the “wise” latina is a window licker or whether or not John Roberts truly is all three branches of govt in one blandly smiling oaf.

Those who gave reasonable responses as to why the act of the SCOTUS was unconstitutional would be elected to actualise that meaning and the failed politicians would be hired by the FBI and the CIA to secretly undermine the authority of the elected officials.

But, people definitely do NOT want to decide what is and isn’t constitutional because they are too busy getting stoned and watching porn on Netflix.

I haven’t even remarked about the insipidity and vacuity of stare decisis in which one branch of govt argues and rules in its own favor.

Who’n’hell thinks that is reasonable?
